On March 3, an emergency response training was held for officers of the Anti-Corruption Agency with the involvement of specialists from the Life Safety Training Center of the Tashkent Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Yakkasaray District Ministry of Emergency Situations, who provided information on the measures to be undertaken in case of an earthquake and fire.

The specialists also made focus on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 30, 2022 No. 144 ‘On measures to further improve the seismic safety system of the Republic of Uzbekistan’.

In the Decree, the ministries and departments, local executive authorities are tasked with organizing practical exercises on responding to emergencies using visual teaching aids with the involvement of specialists in the relevant field.

The Agency officers consolidated their knowledge and skills in practical exercises.

The invited specialists also spoke about the rules and methods of protection in emergency situations, the procedure for providing first aid, as well as the rules for using personal and collective protective equipment.
